Garlic, Duck, Pineapple

A special evening does call for special wines and food. The star I would say is the Garlic Soup, which was basically pureed Garlic, but with the sharp taste of garlic removed

BRÛLÉE PINEAPPLE, LEMON YOGURT ICE CREAM, BROWN SUGAR SAUCE
Wine: 2002 Château La Fleur d’Or, Sauternes
